"Frail Joines: Brushy Mountain Tale Teller of Wilkesboro," a 30-minute radio program edited by Allen E. Tullos from audio outtakes from the film Being a Joines.

The program was one of a five-part series produced for North Carolina Public Radio in 1977 with a grant to the UNC Curriculum in Folklore from the National Endowment for the Arts. The executive producer for the series was Ceci Conway. Masters for the series are in the Southern Folklife Collection in the UNC Libary in Chapel Hill.
