Independent producer/writer/director of documentary media, including the Grammy-nominated music documentary "Welcome to the Club: The Women of Rockabilly” and “The Blinking Madonna and Other Miracles.” (both through ITVS). Currently in post-production on “The Winding Stream,” the story of the Carters, the Cashes and the Course of Country Music. A long association with Oregon Public Broadcasting yielding the following: producer and writer for the PBS series “History Detectives;” producer, director, writer of “Kam Wah Chung,” the story of two Chinese immigrants instrumental in Oregon’s Gold Rush”; producer, director, writer of the NW Emmy-nominated “Searching for York,” a look at the life of the most unsung member of the Lewis & Clark Expedition; producer, director, writer of the Emmy-nominated “Beervana,” the history of craft brewing in Oregon. Co-produced and wrote "Aleutians: Cradle of the Storms," a two-hour history program for PBS and Natural History New Zealand. Produced and directed "Digital TV: A Cringely Crash Course" for PBS's inaugural evening of high definition television. Producer/director/writer of the Emmy-nominated public affairs show, “Zigzag.” Wrote the PBS three-part program, "The Homes of FDR," as well as episodes of “Bridging World History” and “America’s History in the Making” for Annenberg Media.
