Joy Lusco Kecken is an American writer, producer, and director. With her husband, filmmaker Scott Kecken, she co-directed and produced We Are Arabbers, a documentary about Baltimore’s horse-drawn produce vendors. She has also written and directed episodes of the acclaimed HBO series The Wire and written for Homicide: Life on the Street. Her more recent television work includes serving as an executive producer on the Apple TV+ series Swagger and a co-executive producer on FX’s Kindred.
