John Whitlock is a visual artist and filmmaker, living and working in Brooklyn, NY. His work has been exhibited and screened internationally and featured in various publications such as the New York Times and The Atlantic. Having become enamored with roller skating and the vibrant community around it, John has begun an ongoing project to document the NY scene under the project name Halcyon Half-life.
