Splicing 16mm with razor and splicing block

How do you make a splice using a simple splicing block and press tape?

Shows how to splice Kodak leader to a 16mm film using an inexpensive splicing block, a razor, and Kodak press tape. Talks about difference splicing requirements of acetate and polyester film. A "hot" or cement splice will not work on polyester based film. Shows necessity of splicing on both sides of film. The demo includes a mistake that emphasizes the important of using single perf leader on single perf film. ###Tip### Bob Brodsky talks about why he does not use gloves with small gauge film.
