I was born Sunday January 12, 1947 at 8:35 AM at Brooklyn Doctor's Hospital.. my Twin brother Jerry De Nonno Jr' was born 35 minutes earlier My Mamma Antoinette Carifa-De Nonno My Dad Jerry De Nonno was a renowned NY Post Handicapper and Sports Editor who had a Daily Column De Nonno's Picks-- Both of my parents were born and raised in Manhattan's Little Italy where my Grandfather Giovanni Carifa and my Grandmother Angelina De Benedetto Carifa operated a delicious family Restaurant on Mulberry Street called the Columbia and then Abbruzze I am a life-long resident of Brooklyn,
